At 24/7 Gym Equipment, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your fitness gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unused equipment within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the equipment in its original packaging, including all manuals, hardware, and accessories to ensure a full refund and prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned unit to verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
